By listing a property on www.auctionmyproperty.co.uk or Bidpad.co.uk for sale or letting you are agreeing to pay a fee should your property be sold or let through our service. This fee will also become payable should your property be removed from the website prior to the end of the auction process for whatever reason. Once listed our fee will be charged unless your property completes the full auction process but fails to be sold or let.
At the end of a succesful auction our fee is taken by Secure credit card payment via Sage Pay from the winning bidder. In the case of a sale property this amount will be deducted from the final payment made to the sellers solicitor on completion. The fee is therefore paid by the vendor.
In the case of a rental property the fee is taken in the same way at the end of the auction, but is then deducted from the first months rent paid to the Landlord or their agent. The fee is therefore paid by the Landlord.
